Nicholas Kincaid began their career in 2008 as a Senior Engineer, Project Tech Lead at Whirlpool Corporation, where they were responsible for leading the design and execution activities of a mega project in top-load laundry for dryers. Nicholas then joined the Whirlpool Engineering Rotational Leadership Development (WERLD) Program, where they held six different roles, including Materials Research, Manufacturing Cost and Quality, Free-standing Oven Range Product Engineering, Insulation Materials Scoping and IP Landscaping, and Heating Systems Engineer. In 2015, they joined SpotHero as a Software Engineer.
Nicholas Kincaid attended the University of Michigan from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (BSE) in Mechanical Engineering. Nicholas then attended Purdue University from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained an MS Interdisciplinary Engineering: Engineering Management & Leadership in Mechanical Engineering. During this time, they also attended the Thunderbird School of Global Management from 2011 to 2012, with no degree awarded. Finally, they attended DePaul University from 2013 to 2015, where they obtained Graduate Studies, non-degree seeking in Computer Science/Software Engineering.
