Matt Ritsman has worked in the field of design and development since 2007. Matt'swork history includes Performance Communications Group, where they held the role of Graphic Designer / Videographer from 2007-2008, Select Italy, where they were a Web Designer / UI Developer in 2008, STA Digital, where they served as Senior Art Director / Frontend Developer and Art Director / Frontend Developer from 2009-2014, Digitas North America, where they were a Senior Frontend Developer and Frontend Developer from 2014-2019, and SpotHero, where they have been a Senior Engineer II, Front End and Senior Engineer I, Front End since 2019.

Matt Ritsman attended Wheaton College from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Studio Art and Communications.
