Mary Lee Giacalone began their career in 2008 as an Educational Associate with Glenview Community School District. In 2013, they moved to Boka Restaurant Group as a Manager. In 2016, they joined SpotHero, where they held the roles of Product Manager, Training and QA Associate, Quality Assurance Associate, and Power II Customer Hero.

Mary Lee Giacalone holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Northern Illinois University.
