Janavi Anand has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. Janavi began their career as a Program Analyst Trainee at Cognizant Technology Solutions in 2009. In 2010, they moved to Foreview Technologies - India as an Electronics Engineer, where they developed projects based on IEEE papers and mentored final year students. In 2017, they took on an internship as a Process Engineer Intern at Access Control Group, where they worked in IOT, tested and troubleshooted devices, and designed specifications for new devices. In 2019, they joined AndPlus as a Software Engineer - II, and in 2021 was promoted to Team Lead. Janavi is currently a Senior Software Engineer at SpotHero.

Janavi Anand has a comprehensive educational background. In 2019, they completed the Fullstack Development program at The Grace Hopper Program at Fullstack Academy. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Technology (MTech) - Gold Medal from Bharath University in 2014, and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) from Anna University in 2009. Janavi also holds certifications in IOT from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (2017), AWS-Building Serverless Applications from Coursera, and AWS-Going Cloud Native from Coursera.
