We are currently looking for a Tele-Sales Supervisor to join our Sales Team based in Bucharest.
The Tele-Sales Supervisor will coordinate the Tele-Sales Team in Bucharest, provide complete and appropriate solutions for the team and for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability over the phone. The role demands exceptional communication and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate is results-driven, offering exceptional customer experience and actively engaging customer prospects.
Your Key Responsibilities will be to:
- Create a result performance-oriented culture by setting deadlines and specific targets for your team
- Delegate and coordinate the telesales agents’ day-to-day tasks
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and report on metrics
- Identify training needs and provide ongoing coaching
- Build trust among team members resolving any issues or conflicts
- Present, promote and sell products (vehicles and Operational leasing services) by using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers over the phone
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
