TJ Bunnell is an experienced logistics and operations professional currently serving as a Learning and Development RED Specialist and Automation Lead at Spot Freight since September 2018. In this role, TJ manages daily freight shipments across the United States and Canada, schedules pickups and deliveries, books carriers on designated shipping lanes, and collaborates with customers and carriers to address shipping issues. Prior roles include Tournament Operations Assistant at HERITAGE Classic Foundation, where TJ assisted in administrative duties and vendor relations, and Package Services Representative at UNC Department of Housing and Residential Education, managing package delivery for on-campus residents. Additionally, TJ interned as a Traveling Operations Intern with the American Junior Golf Association, gaining valuable experience in tournament operations and event management. TJ holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Exercise and Sports Science with a focus on Sports Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
