Justin Holland is a skilled professional with extensive experience in sales and team management. Currently serving as Carrier Sales / Team Lead at Spot Freight since November 2020, Justin manages a fleet of 50 Over-the-Road Motor Carriers, recruits and supports multiple carriers daily, and oversees a team responsible for logistical support, generating significant revenue and profits. Prior to this, Justin was a Regional Sales Representative at LionsHead Tire & Wheel, LLC, managing a business portfolio with over $8 million in annual revenue and fostering relationships with OEM clients in the Pacific Northwest. Earlier experience includes a role as Leasing All-Star at Peak Campus Companies, where responsibilities included resident engagement and marketing efforts. Justin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Computer Science from Indiana University Bloomington.
