Jessica Peters is an Account Executive at Spot Freight since November 2022, bringing valuable experience from the hospitality industry. Previously, Jessica served as a Server at Mellow Mushroom from August 2019 to July 2022, where responsibilities included memorizing menu items, maintaining a clean work environment, and managing to-go orders while achieving high sales targets. Earlier experience includes working as a Hostess at Outback Steakhouse from September 2017 to May 2018, where Jessica ensured quality customer service through effective seating coordination and communication. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Business Management from Appalachian State University, completed in May 2022.
