Vicki Merrill is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service and real estate. Currently serving as Customer Service Manager at Sportsfield Specialties, Inc. since September 2012, Vicki manages customer relations for the Great Lakes Region and Eastern Canada. Prior roles include NYS Licensed Real Estate Salesperson at Frank Lumia Real Estate, Plus! LLC, and Branch Manager/Loan Officer at The National Bank of Delaware County, where Vicki advanced from a loan officer to branch management. Vicki began a career in finance at Delaware National Bank of Delhi, starting as a teller and becoming a loan officer while also processing mortgages. Vicki holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Equine Science from SUNY Cobleskill and a Regent’s Diploma from Babylon Jr/Sr High School.
