John's earlier experience includes a role as Development Manager at Triathlonscotland, where responsibilities included executing the corporate plan for the sport's development in Scotland. Additionally, John held financial management positions at Sun Chemical Specialty Inks and BOC UK & Ireland, contributing significantly to profitability and operational efficiency.
