Danielle Hennessy's work experience begins in 2013 with an internship at OBA Bank. In 2014, they worked as a Sales Associate at DICK'S Sporting Goods and as a Ballpark Operations Intern for the Baltimore Orioles. From 2014 to 2015, they served as a Game Day Operations Assistant at Coastal Carolina University. In 2015, they joined the City of North Myrtle Beach as a Festival & Events Assistant, where they played a role in planning and managing various festivals and events. In 2016, they worked as a Research Graduate Assistant at the Office of the Vice President for Research at the University of South Carolina. Danielle then joined The Sports Facilities Companies in 2016, starting as a Manager on Duty and eventually progressing through various roles, including Project Manager, Events & Game Day Manager, and Director of Events. In their role as Director of Events, they provided strategic direction and oversight for event management. Overall, Danielle has gained diverse experience in event management, operations, research, and customer service throughout their career.

Danielle Hennessy completed their education with a Master's Degree in Sport and Entertainment Management from the University of South Carolina, from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor's Degree in Recreation and Sport Management from Coastal Carolina University, from 2012 to 2015. In addition to their academic achievements, Danielle also obtained certifications including "Trained Crowd Manager" from the International Association of Venue Managers in September 2016, and "CPR and AED" from the Red Cross in April 2015.
