Shawna Shuster is a Mental Performance Consultant at MindBuffs since November 2021, with previous experience as a Program Coordinator and Master Coach at Sportball since June 2014. Shawna has also worked as a General Manager at Jurassic Forest, Director of Active Living at FitKids, and Instructor and Childcare Provider at Vivo for Healthier Generations. Shawna holds a Masters in Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of Western States, and a Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology from The University of Lethbridge.
