Trudi Else has extensive experience in sports management and strategic leadership, currently serving as the Strategic Lead for Active Environments at Sport England since 2014. Trudi has held various key roles, including Performance Lodge manager for TeamGB at the British Olympic Association and Games Cluster Lead for Team England during the Commonwealth Games in 2022. Previous positions include Performance Prep Camp Manager for the British Paralympic Association and membership on the Sports Advisory Board. Trudi also contributed to operations at the Commonwealth Games and held leadership roles at various international sporting events, reflecting a strong background in project management and strategic planning within the sports sector. Trudi is an alumnus of the University of Kent.
