Ali Selfe has over 30 years of experience in the sports and leisure sector, currently serving as the Strategic Lead for Grants Management at Sport England since June 1997. Prior to this role, Ali Selfe held the position of Recreation Manager at Uttlesford District Council from May 1993 to June 1997, overseeing sports development and community day centres. Earlier experience includes working as a Sports and Play Development Officer at the London Borough of Enfield, where responsibilities included managing income-generating sports programs and developing strategies for specific target groups. Ali Selfe earned a degree from the University of Roehampton between 1984 and 1987.
