Marcos Duarte is a seasoned professional in user experience and design, currently serving as a User Experience Specialist at Sport Club Internacional since April 2024. As the Founder and Chief Design Officer at Ecofy since July 2018, Marcos focuses on user-centered management for both the company and its clients. Previous roles include Head of User Experience at IMPLY, where management of user experience projects for notable clubs and federations was key, and UX Lead at MK Solutions, responsible for developing software products for internet service providers. Earlier experience at Arezzo&Co involved leading the innovation hub and enhancing digital experiences for multiple brand platforms. Education includes an MBA in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Descomplica, a postgraduate degree in User Experience from Universidade do Extremo Sul Catarinense, and a degree in Environmental Management from Estácio, complemented by a Design degree from UniRitter.
