Josh Bussey has extensive experience in technical support and educational technology. Currently serving as a Technical Support Specialist at Network PC Engineering, Inc. since June 2018, Josh provides remote desktop support, coaching customers on Google Suite and Office 365 administration, and developing process documentation and training videos. Previous roles include Instructional Technology Trainer at Tempe Union H.S. District, where Josh designed and led technology classes for educators, and Education Technology Specialist at Hospice of the Valley, responsible for e-learning curriculum development. Josh began a career as Computer Education Director at Boys & Girls Clubs of the East Valley, focusing on computer curriculum creation and management. Josh holds a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in Education and Multimedia Communication & Technical Writing from Arizona State University.
