Marte Ramborg serves as the COO and partner of People People People since September 2020 and has been the Chairman of the Board for Spoon Agency since September 2021. Previously, Marte led Spoon Norge as Byråleder from August 2016 to September 2021 and was the Chief of Staff at Tankesmien Agenda from May 2014 to August 2016. Marte's extensive experience includes a significant tenure at Stiftelsen Norsk Luftambulanse, serving in various capacities including Director of Marketing and Communication from August 2002 to May 2014, overseeing numerous aspects of PR and communication. Earlier roles include press officer for Norges Røde Kors from January 1997 to June 2002 and journalist at Universitas in 1996. Marte holds a Master’s degree in Management, Leadership, and Strategy from BI Norwegian Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Oslo.
