Claire Winfield is an experienced professional in client operations and project management, currently serving as the Head of Client Operations at Sponge since April 2021. With a diverse background, Claire has held key roles such as Head of Client Project and Programmes and Acting Head of Client Delivery at Sponge. Prior experience includes leadership positions at THRIVE Learning as Head of Production and Senior Project Manager, as well as a Senior Project Manager role at Learning Pool. Claire's earlier experience encompasses program and project management at SAI Global and Walkgrove Ltd, along with instructional design at BYG Systems. Claire holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from De Montfort University, completed in 2011.
