Benjamin Almeida Bessa is a seasoned professional in project management with extensive experience in compliance-related projects. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Sponge since November 2022, Benjamin is responsible for leading successful compliance client projects and managing compliance product initiatives. Prior to this role, Benjamin worked as a Product Project Manager at Sponge Compliance from October 2019 to November 2022, focusing on compliance products that help organizations adhere to regulations. Benjamin's career began at NorCa GmbH, where various roles included Product Project Manager and Project Manager for E-Learning compliance products. Additional experience includes freelance writing and web design, as well as early roles in technical production and retail. Benjamin received an Abitur from Freie Universität Berlin and possesses a strong educational background in English, Political Science, and other subjects.
