Tishia Que is a Senior Product Designer at Linktree since November 2023, bringing extensive experience from previous roles, including Senior Product Designer - Growth at Patreon and Product Designer - Growth, Monetization at Miro. At Patreon, Tishia owned and launched multiple end-to-end experiments to enhance member acquisition and retention, while at Miro, Tishia led the design of monetization experiments to improve key business metrics. Prior contributions include vital design work at N26, where Tishia significantly increased payment feature usage, and at Good Paper, where Tishia served as Founding Designer and Creative Director. Additional roles include UI/Visual Designer at ZipRecruiter and Lead Designer at CleanWell, LLC, among others. Tishia holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from ArtCenter College of Design.
