Joni Wynecoop holds an MBA and an MPA, with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Eastern Washington University. Currently serving as the Acting Executive Director and Deputy Executive Director at the Spokane Tribe of Indians, Joni has also held the position of Tribal Employment Rights Director (TERO) since March 2017. Joni is Vice President at AHANA MEBA, focusing on Small Business Empowerment since June 2020. Previous experience includes working as a NREMT for the Spokane Tribe and as a Project Administrative Assistant at Envirocon from May 2016 to March 2017.
