Caitlin Rielly is a seasoned Human Resources Generalist with experience at Spokane Eye Clinic since June 2023, and previously held various roles at CHAS Health from November 2019 to June 2023, including Talent Acquisition Partner, Talent Acquisition Assistant, and Workforce Development Assistant. Prior to these positions, Caitlin worked in the hospitality industry at Outback Steakhouse, where responsibilities included bartending, serving, and customer interactions, and also served as a Customer Care Facilitator at Foothills Lincoln Mazda Dealership. Caitlin began their career at Cafe Rio Mexican Grill as a cashier, demonstrating strong customer service skills and cash management. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Business Administration from the University of Idaho, attained in 2019.
