Dexter Lee has a strong background in technology operations and support services. Dexter began their career at USA Mobility in 2000, where they worked as the Manager of IT Support Services for eight years. Dexter then transitioned to the role of Manager of Technology Operations in 2008 and later became the Manager of Corporate Technology Operations in 2011. In 2011, Dexter joined Spok as the Director of Corporate Technology Operations.

Dexter Lee obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Texas State University. Dexter attended the university from 1988 to 1993.
