Xavier Vazquez serves as Executive Director at CENTRO TYRONE GUZMAN since April 2024 and at SPNN while also being a member of the 40th Anniversary Committee. Previously, Xavier held the position of Shift Lead - Bartender at La Doña Cervecería from March 2019 to July 2024 and consulted as a TA Provider for MENTOR Minnesota, focusing on program implementation and improvement. As Founder and Community Financial Planner at Familia Free Planning Services, Xavier has contributed significantly to community financial planning. Experience also includes roles at Bolder Options, where Xavier advanced from Alumni Leadership Program Coordinator to Director of Twin Cities Program Management, and participation in various committees for organizations such as MediaJustice and IREX. Xavier holds a Master's in Business Administration from Western Governors University, a Certified Professional Project Manager designation from the University of St. Thomas, a Bachelor's in Pre-Medicine from Universidad del Turabo, and earned credits in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez.
