Chamone comes to Splitero with a great depth of servicing knowledge. She brings with her a passion for process improvement and exceptional customer experience.
Chamone started her journey in the start-up space by learning about servicing multiple products at SoFi. She then transitioned into servicing specifically for the HEI product at Point. While at Point, Chamone led the way in creating servicing policies and procedures that would be the framework for how all future HEI's are serviced.
