Nathalie Rafeh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital product management and startup consulting. Currently serving as Associate Director of Digital Product Management at Optus since August 2024, Nathalie is also the Founder of Splashup, which focuses on creating a network of brands and retailers for cross-promotion to reduce customer acquisition costs. Nathalie holds a mentorship role at Genesis (USYD) and has consulted for various startups, aiding in essential areas such as validation, MVP mapping, and securing funding. Previously, Nathalie held positions including Growth Manager at Mad Paws, where significant venture capital was secured, and Entrepreneur In Residence at Antler, a global early-stage VC firm. Additionally, Nathalie has a background in business broadcasting. Educational achievements include degrees in Commerce and Journalism from the University of Sydney and UNSW, respectively, as well as a French Baccalaureate.
