Kyle Schroeder has extensive experience in operations and customer experience within the sports and gaming industries. Currently serving as a Game Operations Specialist at Splash Inc. since July 2022, Kyle previously held multiple roles at SuperDraft, Inc. from July 2019 to July 2022, including Operations Specialist and Senior Customer Experience Associate. Prior experience includes a Customer Experience Associate position at DraftKings, Inc., along with sports journalism roles at suitesports.com and wickedlocal.com, where Kyle covered high school sports in Massachusetts. An internship with Wellesley College's Sports Information Department allowed for the development of statistical webpages and research on historical statistics. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management with a minor in Sports Communication from Lasell University, completed in 2018.
