Michelle Dintner

Chief Strategy Officer at Splash

Michelle Dintner has a diverse and extensive work experience. Michelle currently holds the position of Chief Strategy Officer at Splash, a company they joined in October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Mawson as a Portfolio Director from October 2019 to October 2021, where they were involved in startup building and operations, focusing on AI startups in Synthetic Media and Entertainment. Michelle also worked closely with Mawson portfolio companies, Splash and Replica Studios.

In 2019, Michelle worked as a Mentor for ON Prime at CSIRO from September 2019 to February 2020. Before that, they were a Program Manager at Cicada MedLab from June 2018 to May 2019, where they led their 12-month mentor-driven medtech accelerator program.

Michelle also held the role of Program Manager at Cicada Innovations Incubator from September 2016 to May 2019, where they managed the Medical Device Commercialisation Training Program. Michelle served as a University of Sydney's INCUBATE Startup Advisory Board Member from February 2018 to August 2018.

In 2014, Michelle was an Advisory Board Member for the UQ Young Alumni Advisory Board, a position they held from January 2014 to December 2015. Michelle'searlier work experience includes roles at Cook Medical, where they worked as an Asia-Pacific New Technology Associate from June 2013 to December 2015, and as a Corporate Affairs and Risk Officer from September 2012 to May 2013. Michelle also worked as a Co-author and Research Intern at the United Nations from April 2015 to November 2015, and as a Research & Development Tax Incentive Intern at PwC in August 2013.

Michelle Dintner completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from The University of Queensland from 2008 to 2011. Michelle then pursued further education and obtained a Master's Degree in Finance from the same institution from 2013 to 2016. In 2015, Michelle also completed a Master's Degree in Accounting and Finance from ESSEC Business School.
