Coming from the diverse and beautiful landscape of southern California, Michael has a passion for progressive movements, environmental conservation, and positive social change. Michael’s love for work resulting in a better future for those around him pushes him to go above and beyond for the clients. At Spitfire, Michael aids in media support, research, and strategic communication planning for all clients dedicated to a better tomorrow.
Before coming to Spitfire, Michael worked with various levels of government from California state legislators to members of the U.S. Congress. This allowed him to work both at home in California as well as on Capitol Hill where he assisted the head of the Congressional Black Caucus in passing the Emmett Till Antilynching Act. At Spitfire, Michael utilizes his legislative expertise and government experience to assist clients hoping to pass legislation and implement lasting change.
Michael graduated from the University of California at Riverside with a B.A. in political science. When not at work you’ll find him exploring the great outdoors, surfing one of California's many beautiful beaches, or putting on concerts with his friends at SoulFood Music Collective throughout southern California.
