Matt Steward is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Human Resources, having worked at Greene King as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner and at BRITVIC PLC as a Human Resources Business Partner and Production Unit Manager. With qualifications from CIPD and the Chartered Management Institute, Matt has a strong background in developing and leading strategic HR initiatives across multiple factory sites and distribution centers. Matt has also been involved in project management for business strategy change programs, collective consultations, redeployments, redundancies, and complex employee relations projects. In their role as Production Unit Manager, Matt was responsible for developing and executing long-term plans to increase production capacity and efficiency.
