Spencer Burnham has a diverse range of work experience in the field of emerging technology and virtual reality. In 2015, they worked as the Director of Immersive Production at Vrideo, where they developed and produced VR content for brands and filmmakers. Spencer also served as an Immersive Production Specialist at the same company. Prior to this, Spencer worked as a Freelance Creative Director at Moth + Flame VR, overseeing creative conception, production, and post-production for cinematic VR experiences. Spencer then joined WITHIN (VR/AR) as a Creative Producer, collaborating with creators and directors to develop immersive media projects. At Wave, Spencer worked as a Producer, leading the production of virtual concerts for artists such as The Weeknd and Justin Bieber. Before transitioning into the virtual reality industry, Spencer had experience in freelancing for film projects and worked as a Media and Archive Intern at the Center for Southern Folklore. Their most recent position, starting in 2022, is as the Head of Projects & Partnerships at Spirit Bomb.

Spencer Burnham obtained a B.A. with Honors in Film Studies from Wesleyan University. The start and end years of their education are not provided.
