Rocio Rodriguez currently serves as the Director of Customer Development & Experience at TalentoHCM, where oversight includes Business Development and Recruiting teams focused on executive search, contingency search, and staff augmentation for South Florida organizations. Rocio also acts as the Talent Acquisition Manager for Spirit Airlines through Talento, further demonstrating expertise in recruitment. Previously, Rocio held positions as Training and Development Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager at United Data Technologies, enhancing IT solutions and capabilities. Early experience includes serving as an Information Technology Account Manager at Insight Global, a leading IT staffing company. Rocio holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Purdue University.
