Robert Mantica is an accomplished marketing leader with extensive experience in the airline and energy sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Global Marketing at Spirit Airlines since 2018, Robert oversees brand development and integrated marketing strategies aimed at enhancing long-term customer engagement and growth. Prior to this role, Robert held senior marketing positions at Southwest Airlines, where responsibilities included overseeing brand marketing and crafting innovative content. Previous experience includes roles at SolarCity as a Senior Energy Consultant, Avis Budget Group as Brand Director, and Wells Fargo as a Mortgage Consultant.
