Steven Wilson has a diverse work experience in engineering roles. Steven started their career as a Toolmaker at British Aerospace in 1994 and worked there until 2004. Steven then joined BAE Systems as a Tooling Engineer from 2004 to 2007. After that, they worked as a Manufacturing Engineer Mechanical at Spirit AeroSystems from 2006 to 2015, where they gained experience in reviewing engineering drawings, creating work instructions, and ensuring adherence to quality processes.
