Larry Morse has extensive experience in production management within the aerospace and manufacturing industries. Currently, as a Production Manager at Spirit AeroSystems, Larry oversees teams involved in the 787 Composite Fabrication program. In addition, Larry serves as a Group Lead at Siemens Gamesa, managing the assembly of wind turbine nacelles and their components. Previous roles include Production Supervisor at Eaton Corporation, where Larry directed centerless grinder operators, and AGCO Corporation, where responsibilities included managing a weld shop for agricultural equipment. Larry's career also includes significant management positions at both Spirit AeroSystems and Boeing, focusing on composite aircraft components. Larry holds a Master's degree in Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Management from Friends University.
