Justin Welner is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in human resources and corporate administration. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Chief Administration and Compliance Officer at Spirit AeroSystems since July 2012, Justin oversees areas including human resources, corporate affairs, environmental health and safety, sustainability, cyber security, information technology, enterprise risk management, and compliance. Prior to this role, Justin held several vice presidential positions at Spirit AeroSystems, focusing on human resources, corporate administration, and labor relations. Justin's career also includes a tenure at Bombardier Business Aircraft, where the role of Director of Human Resources was held. Justin holds an MBA in Finance from Wichita State University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Washburn University.
