Tue Hansen is a seasoned consultant and project manager with extensive experience in operational excellence, business transformation, and lean implementation across various industries, including banking, metal recycling, and industrial laundry. Currently a member of the InSpirit Community at Spirit Advisors, Tue has led multiple projects focused on process improvements and sustainable culture within organizations. As the owner of TBH Solutio, Tue specializes in fact-based leadership and is dedicated to fostering continuous improvement. Previous roles include managing directorship at AZ Elements SIA and chairman of the board at Verdens Børn, an NGO supporting underprivileged children. Tue holds an Engineer's Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Southern Denmark and has contributed to various consulting firms including EFESO and Hitachi Consulting.
