Jeff Atkins has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Jeff started their career in 1995 at Comsearch, where they worked as a Product Marketing Manager and Senior Consultant until 1999. Jeff then joined Actix in 1999 and held various product marketing and sales roles, eventually becoming responsible for Americas sales after the company was acquired by Summit Partners. In 2010, Jeff joined Actix as Vice President of Marketing, a role they held until 2011 when they joined Metrico Wireless as Vice President of Business Development. Most recently, Jeff has been serving as the Director of Marketing at Spirent Communications since 2012.

Jeff Atkins completed their Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering at Virginia Tech from 1989 to 1992. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering specializing in Wireless Communications from Virginia Tech, which they obtained from 1992 to 1994.
