Jair Leon Torres is an experienced manager in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as the Manager of EMEA Services at Spirent Communications since October 2013, where responsibilities include leading a product service team and enhancing customer support processes for the EMEA Network and Application division. Previously, Jair held roles such as Senior Product Specialist specializing in Mobility Infrastructure and worked at Altran France in LTE System Integration. Past experience also includes positions at Alcatel-Lucent, Huawei Technologies, Grupo TVCable, ESPOL, and Pacifictel Transmission Department, focusing on mobile core networks, RF planning, and technical support.
