David Parsons is an experienced professional in automation solutions, currently serving as a Senior SE/Solutions Architect in Automation Platform Technologies at Spirent Communications since September 2011. In this role, David designs and implements enterprise test automation solutions, collaborates with sales staff, engages with customers in pre- and post-sales contexts, and develops use cases to showcase the benefits of iTest and Velocity solutions. Prior to Spirent, David held the position of Senior Member Technical Staff at Alcatel-Lucent from October 2006 to September 2011 and worked as an Automation Specialist at Nortel Networks from 1996 to October 2006.
