Christopher Passarella, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Christopher began their career at Oticon Inc as a Systems Support professional, where they gained a comprehensive understanding of the hearing industry and developed skills in project management, staff development, and IT support. Christopher later transitioned into the role of Project Manager, where they worked on various projects, including developing documentation on product interactions under a Bluetooth interface. At Oticon Inc, Passarella also served as the Regional Marketing Manager, acting as a marketing consultant to customers in the Mid-West region.
Passarella then worked at Kos Pharmaceuticals as a Support Operations Specialist, focusing on developing and marketing medications for chronic diseases. Christopher later joined Bristol-Myers Squibb as a Help Desk Analyst, supporting the sales staff and ensuring proper equipment functionality for customer meetings.
In 2013, Passarella joined Siemens Hearing Instruments, where they worked collaboratively with a team of outside representatives, focusing on relationship management, sales cycle analysis, marketing planning, and data analysis. Christopher later became the Senior Manager and ultimately the Director of Business Operations, focusing on building out all business operations policies and processes. Christopher'sresponsibilities at Spirent included forecasting, sales reporting, financial analysis, sales compensation, and team leadership.

Christopher Passarella holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Penn State University, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. In 2019, they completed an Executive Certificate in Business Analytics from The Wharton School. Prior to their MBA, Passarella earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems and Business Administration from Rider University between 2001 and 2005. Christopher completed their secondary education at Montgomery High School.
