Teri Serrano, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in people services and culture. As the Regional Director of People and Culture at Spire Hospitality since September 2021, Teri has previously held significant roles such as Area Director of Human Resources at Access Hotels and Resorts and Vice President of People Services at Broughton Hospitality Group. Teri also served as Regional Director of Human Resources at Joie de Vivre Hospitality and held leadership positions at Shutters on the Beach and Westin Hotels & Resorts. Teri holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Phoenix.
