Steven Pena is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in public relations, marketing communications, and advertising. As the co-founder and Executive Vice President at Spire Communications Inc. since June 2005, Steven has played a key role in driving strategic and creative initiatives. Prior to this role, Steven served as the Director of Marketing Communications at MicroStrategy Inc. from December 1999 to June 2005, overseeing corporate branding and advertising efforts. Earlier experience includes working as a Senior Account Executive and Senior Creative Writer at Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide, where Steven developed creative advertising solutions, and as Advertising Director for the U.S. Army Morale Welfare and Recreation, managing marketing for programs in Heidelberg, Germany. Steven holds a degree from the University at Albany, earned from 1984 to 1988.
