Tushar Pandit serves as Chief People Officer at SPINS since March 2024, where responsibilities include reporting to the CEO and being part of the Executive Leadership Team. Concurrently, Tushar is an Advisory Network Member at ChangeEngine since January 2022. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of People & Tech Operations at Rebuilt, Chief People Officer at Affinitiv Inc, and Vice President of People at Bedrock Detroit, all of which involved senior leadership responsibilities and direct reporting to the CEO. Tushar's extensive experience encompasses various human resources leadership positions at CDK Global, JFive, Seeker Solutions, ADP, and Dyadem International, demonstrating a strong focus on organizational strategy and team leadership. Tushar holds an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University and previously attended Humber College.
