Eileen Roman is the current Senior Vice President of Finance at Spins. Eileen has over fifteen years of experience in finance and administration, including serving as a Vice President and CFO for both Sears Holdings Corporation and Federated Group. Roman has been instrumental in instituting strategic and operating planning processes, and is a proven leader in driving plan execution. Eileen is highly skilled in financial reporting and forecasting, and has presented strategic plans to senior executives and boards of directors. Roman holds a degree in finance from the University of Chicago.

Eileen Roman holds a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, and is also a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Illinois. Eileen received their Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and they are a graduate of West Chicago High School.
