Michael Brooks is an experienced professional with a diverse background in sales, project management, and client services. Currently serving as an Associate Territory Sales Manager at Spine Wave, Inc. since April 2022, Michael also founded NOVA Surgical LLC in September 2024. Previous roles include Mortgage Loan Officer at NewRez LLC from July 2020 to March 2022, and Project Manager at MID ATLANTIC CONSTRUCTION OF VIRGINIA, INC., where responsibilities included overseeing the entire sales process. Earlier experience at Kastle Systems as a Systems Consultant contributed to expertise in security solutions for various industries. Michael began a career in sales as a Client Service Representative at Oakley and worked as a Sales Associate. Educationally, Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Shenandoah University and an Advanced Diploma from Forest Park High School.
