Hebe Xu has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Hebe is currently working at Go North Group in M&A. Prior to this, they founded HB International Consulting, LLC in 2017. Hebe also served as the Chief Financial Officer at SpineGuide Technologies, Inc. starting in October 2019. From October 2018 to December 2020, they held the position of Senior Director for Medical Devices at China US Business Development Corp (a GENext Company). Hebe also worked in business development for China at Aditx Therapeutics, Inc. from December 2018 to April 2020. Earlier in their career, they held several positions at Tripoint Global Equities, LLC, including Senior Vice President, Vice President in the Investment Banking Group, Associate, and Analyst.

Hebe Xu obtained a Master of Arts (M.A) degree in Economics from New York University in 2008. Prior to this, they spent the academic year of 2006-2007 as an exchange student at Pittsburg State University, where they focused on the field of study in Finance. Their earlier education includes completing a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering (M.E) from Sun Yat-sen University in the years 2000 to 2004.
