Andy Rogers has extensive experience in the engineering and business fields. Andy began their career in 2009 as a coach for Impact Hockey. In 2012, they were a Product Engineer Intern for Emerson, where they found a contracting engineering company to implement Ethernet/IP, Modbus, and Profibus into current electromagnetic flow meter design to update automation communication. In 2013, they became a North America Product Engineer for Emerson. In 2017, they were a Co-Founder and President of SpineEX Inc. and also held the roles of Chief Operating Officer/Director and President/VP of New Product Development for Adcura, Inc.

Andy Rogers received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Kansas in 2013. Andy also obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Biomechanics from the same university during the same time period.
