William Aldridge has had a varied work experience. William began their career in 2007 as a Rifle Team Leader for the Indiana Army National Guard. In 2012, they took on the role of Administrative Assistant/Hospitality Team Lead for Staff Source. In 2013, they moved to Horseshoe Casino as a Banquet Supervisor. In 2016, they became a Security Supervisor for Franciscan Healthcare Munster. In 2018, they took on the role of Security Manager for Ism Security. Most recently, in 2019, they became a Project Manager for Spindle.

William Aldridge attended Purdue University.
