Parker Snedden’s career began in Business Development selling Capital Equipment lines to government agencies. His customers included the Federal Bureau of Investigations, ATF, Secret Service, Department of Defense, and 100s of other State and local government agencies. Parker worked with Defense Contractor General Atomics to develop an exclusive Imaging product that locates, and photographs are hidden evidence for his government customers. Parker was regularly on-site at Federal Agencies training highly skilled agents to use Capital Equipment for Criminal Investigations. This included teaching formal military and law enforcement classes on evidence photography worldwide.
Parker then built brand new divisions within the company including International Sales, Inside Sales, and Kit Contracting. This included managing 20+ distributors in 17 countries who resold over 2,500 investigation and clinical products. Parker managed 10+ contracts nationwide that represented 30% of the top line and over 1 million DNA, Blood Alcohol, and Sexual Assault kits annually. Parker directly managed key suppliers such as General Electric, Qiagen, and Puritan who manufactured the devices used in the investigation kits. Parker also developed and managed the Salesforce CRM for the sales team.
Parker then moved to manage the Marketing, Customer Service, and Sales divisions as the Chief Revenue Officer of Arrowhead Scientific. This included 10+ direct reports who managed procurement and purchasing, customer service, company marketing campaigns, inside sales campaigns, and more. Milestones included overseeing double-digit top-line revenue growth year over year for 6 years and over 100% profitability growth for 3 years. Parker also oversaw building a Digital Marketing division with regular webinar streams and virtual product demonstrations that resulted in substantial sales leads for the company.
Most recently, During COVID, Parker worked directly with a local Kansas City laboratory, Clinical Reference Laboratory, to bring to market PCR COVID tests to law enforcement, helping bring the country’s Law Enforcement and military back to work quicker with direct access to PCR COVID testing.
Now at Spinal Simplicity as the Director of Sales, Parker is directly managing the day-to-day activities of the Salesforce. He is coaching and developing company leaders, helping build sustainable growth infrastructure for the sales team.
